WOW! You have several reasons to celebrate. I am so proud of you. What a great loss - 6 pounds. WOO HOO FOR YOU! And to top it off your grades were awesome.

It sounds like you are a fantastic chef. I hope your friends realize how lucky they are to have you in their lives.

Keep up the fantastic work and I know you will make all of your goals. You go girl!!!

Yummy!!! Tracie, I wish I came to your house for dinner, it sounds

delicious!!!

Congratulations on your grades! A 3.95 average is something to be

VERY PROUD of!!!

Wow!! 6 pounds is AWESOME!!! I know that you are soooo proud of

yourself having lost that much over Christmas, and you should

be!!!!! You must have earned a whole bunch of activity points

cooking all of that food! LOL!

You definately have done an excellent job on everything this year! I

hope you have as good of a year 2002!

Tracie-you are doing awesome on everything! School, weight loss, good girl for Santa! And all that cooking!!! It's a good thing I'm no where near you, i'd be heading over for leftovers!LOL! It all sounds scrumptious!!! Good luck this week!
