Guest guest
Group, I own a private outpatient physical therapy practice and have been asked by one of my licensed PT's whether I would allow after hours personal training. This new staff member is interested in having their own golf clients (relationships he has developed with his own business of golf training) train in my facility. The staff member would like to be paid directly by the client and then pay my business for the use of the space. I have several questions and concerns including; liability risk to the business (clearly they would need their own liability insurance but the clinic is likely still at risk), how to structure facility charge/ payment and finally that the training would be happening after hours without a second provider on site. I would appreciate guidance and feedback on this issue from those that have " been there and done that " before, so that I may learn from your experience. If there are any other issues that I have not stated, I would also like the membership to weigh in on those as well. Thank you for your input.
