SNF frequency of treatment

Dear Group,

We currently treat our SNF patients in our hospital BID Mon-Fri and QD

on the weekends. While reviewing the CMS standards, it states that

treatments 5 days a week meet the requirements for Daily Skilled

Services. Are any of you treating your SNF patients Mon-Fri with no

treatment over the weekend? Years ago at a previous hospital, we did not

treat our SNF patients over the weekend.
