Hi Meryl,

I have been billing 90911 for years. In my experience, the Blues do not cover

it. Aetna covers it in general but some plans do not, so i always recommend

verifying patient benefits for that specific code and dx. Medicare covers it

but there is an LCD, so you will want to review which dx are covered.

experience with the 90911 CPT code for biofeedback? Is it getting reimbursed

when a PT bills it? I only have experience with 90901.
