Guest guest
Thanks. Downloaded and secured on my computer YAY! ;-) [Attachment(s) from included below] Attached is the pdf. file Dr. Neubrander gave to us regarding Stan's protocol for antiviral therapy. Let me know if you have any questions!Best, p.s. Dr. N does not like to use Diflucan unless there is yeast in the brain. (but I begged him for it, when my son had yeast, and he gave it to me. It did get rid of 's yeast in three weeks.) Dr. N prefers Nystatin. He said Stan likes Amphotericin B (he also said Ampho is VERY, VERY expensive.) But we never used it, so I'm not sure what " expensive " means.... -- Toni------Mind like a steel trap...Rusty and illegal in 37 states. Guest guest
Amp B and Nystatin are both non-systemic. It isn't likely to work long term because of the mechanism by which antivirals affect the TH1/TH2 cytokines. A lot of DANs are like this and unfortunately, usually leads to either the premature end of antiviral therapy because people think it's not working or the yeast is out of control.
