IT solution for hospital based patients

Our acute care therapy team still uses a white board with magnetic tiles

to ensure proper follow through on PT/OT/SLP census. This is a very

tedious process and can take up to 1.5- 2 hrs every day to manage the

daily census. Our EMR does not have a " Patient flow " feature to track

these patients; it only has location based (floor based) tracking

system.

Is anyone aware of an IT solution to track acute care daily therapy

census?
