CMS guidelines suggest treating IRF PPS patients 1 on 1. CMS has not

established standards on the provision of concurrent therapies in IRFs. My

question for other IRFs is what is the typical caseload for a full time

therapist? 4 patients, 5 patients...? Thanks!
