Pediatric Speech 30 minute Appointments

Problem: We have a waiting list for our Pediatric Speech Therapist and we are

loosing money.

Proposed Solution: Reduce visits from 60 minutes to 30 minutes.

Problem: My therapist is afraid of the case load and states this is not good

care. I have heard most private practices do 30 minute appointments. I do not

have any data from hospital based therapist.

What I need: Is it appropriate to expect my Speech therapist to do 30 minute

appointments?
