I was diagnosed with MS in 2004. Began having urinary

pressure, tenderness, spasms, some burning when I urinate, pain in my lower

back.

PCP was closed Monday. Went to see Nurse at gyn (no docs on

duty). She said symptoms looked like infection but dipstick was so far

basically negative.

Was started on nurofantoin Friday morning but had allergic

reactions; esp hives around face and eyes. Doc said discontinue antibx this afternoon.

GYN then referred me to PCP or whoever cares for my MS. I

call PCP and they don’t know when they can see me now that Dr Cabala is

gone…Nurse Ann goes to call gyn who confirms that the urine culture is

looking pretty good.

I repeat the many symptoms that I am having , severe

pressure etc that you see above. I tell her that I am going to stay on the 2 MS

urine drugs that I have been; one called urised and Ditropan both of which

resolve my symptoms nicely.

I’ve had no known UTI for at least 5 years but this

discomfort is very painful and accompanied by feeling like I’ve been

kicked in my lower back, frequently of urine, pain when urinating etc.

Coinciding with the pain and spasm in my bladder is some increase in difficulty

walking, stumbling, easier chance of falling and lots of fatigue

Input please?
