This topic comes up monthly. Thought I & #39;d share something that I found.

Please reply if you find the claims to be reasonable. This is packed with info.

Is it my imagination but does that seem like a lot of procedures per

hour/day. (4 timed procedures+1 modality per visit @ 9 visits per day (45

units billed per day if I read this correctly). Article was written by Cary

B Edgar who is a lawyer and former CEO for an unknown outpatient rehab

company.

Also, I see they are establishing benchmarks for physicians in a group

practice also which I could partially see thru search terms. I could not

tell if they were as rigorous as the PT ones.

PT must be a business with expectations but I am surprised that they would

actually want these standards published for any public review.
