Guest guest Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 Well today is my birthday #49. Hubby finally remembered to say happy birhtday around l0 am. It's been a quiet day so far. I stayed home sick thursday, bladder and possibly kidney infection. Went to work fri and home as soon as I could. Have been laying around doing nothing today, some reading and sleeping. We aren't doing anything special, big suprise (not) He is in the kitchen making a birthday cake from scratch right now though. No present , since he got me a new computer when mine went down last month. Tomorrow is my best friends birthday, his 45 th. He lived with us for 5 years since his second divorce. He remarried almost two years ago and we aren't 'allowed' to be friends anymore because of his 25 yr old wife. Anyway I knew he was feeling bumbed about this birthday. So I got a card and went to a bunch of his old friends an had them sign it and sent it to work. It really seems weird not to have our combined birthday party this last two years.
