It would be a shame if PTManager became yet another vehicle for misinformation

and rumor. The fiction that home sales will be taxed at 3.5% is being widely

spread but, almost entirely untrue. While the internet is an incredible

resource, it is also a source for tremendous volumes of misinformation. We would

be wise to fact check, especially with the approaching election season.
