Guest guest
Oh Kate! I hate dental problems and dental work. I'm a big sissy. Hope you feel better soon. ~Trista --- Kate Rothschild wrote: > Hi, > I never know quite what to have as my subject > line. Guest guest
You KNOW I sympathize and empathize with you. After my oral surgery last Sept. also for a cracked, broken tooth --the TN pain has finally eased off (for the most part) recently. My mistake was having regular Novocaine. Get better soon!love youSharonhttp://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MSersHEALTH/This email is a natural hand made product. Can you tell? Anyways, I had to have a tooth removed today, and I'm in a lot of pain. It had cracked clear down into the gum, and the oral surgeon said he might have to take bone...uggh...I just said, the less I know about it, the better... He stuck me 3 times trying to get an IV in, then finally got it on the 4th try. This tooth is on the right upper, and is really triggering my TN quite badly. I haven't had this kind of pain in a long time. It is in my eye, my cheek, my tooth, my jaw, and a bit in my ear. The eye portion seems to hurt the most. Of course, the kids are being unruly today, and my 10 yr old daughter, is fussing about wanting not just an ipod for her birthday in May which I'm willing to get her--but wanting an ipod Touch which costs nearly $3 or $400, I forget...and calling me foul names, I mean really foul. I said perhaps there'd be no birthday gifts this year....to that she replied, well, I'll call the cops--I said, be my guest! Raising kids is hard enough, but add MS, trigeminal neuralgia, depression, and it is quite a mix! and truly a challenge! Love to each and all, kate------------------------------------
Guest guest
Oh my, Kate. That sounds terrible! And, four tries to get an IV in. I just don't know what to say about your daughter and her foul attitude. Based on what you write, I have to use the word "foul." You are in so much physical & emotional pain these past months and she is cursing you. I could not help but recall the line from Shakespeare's play "King Lear": "How sharper than a serpent's tooth it is /To have a thankless child!" Sorry, but reading about your daughter cussing you when you are in such pain really gets to me. --Dana F. Utz utzdana@... ___
Guest guest
Hi Kate, you poor gal! I know if my kid said things like that she sure wouldn't be getting the ipod, maybe later on, but not for her birthday, tho I'm not sure when it is? Anyway, that isn't my business, just hope you are feeling better today?! ConnieS ow > Hi, > I never know quite what to have as my subject line.
