Diabetic QUICK RASPBERRY ICE

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries

- 1 tablespoon raspberry or cassis liqueur

- Mint sprigs (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Place the frozen raspberries and

liqueur in a blender or food processor.

Process until thick and slightly chunky, scraping

down sides as necessary. Serve immediately while

still frosty. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
