For the same reason, I'm very skeptical about all these " magnets " you can use to treat pain or circulation. I think it's a lot of marketing hyperbole because people are desparate for answers and vendors are just waiting to cash in on others' problems, trying to make a buck and hoping some people will think it works. The only thing that has worked for me to combat neuropathy on my feet is better control of my sugars. Plus, I use a cream on my feet to keep the skin nice and supple, it's called Diabetaderm, and I can say my feet are smoother than they've been since I was a teen.
