Mike,

We have a corporate account with Care2Learn. It is very easy to use and

staff love it. It is applicable for all disciplines as well as nursing,

CNA, administrators, Social services etc. We also use it for orientation

instead of watching the dreaded videos! It keeps up with your certificates,

and you can use it for any state licensure you might need to do. It can

also track who has completed what and the " manager of the account " in your

facility can assign courses and track who has completed them. Customer

service is great. And you can start a course and finish 6 months

(exaggeration but true) later. The corporate account is very reasonable

especially if you consider the cost of CEU, travel and food. I would

recommend this to anyone.and have done so. You can't beat a live course and

have the hands on experience however this is a great alternative!

I do not know of any problems we have had at our facility. You can contact

me with any further questions.

Subject: On-line Education

We are looking at some options for on-line education for our therapists.

One site is called " Care2Learn " and offers quite a number of on-line

educational opportunities for PT, OT and Speech. I am wary to invest the

monies though without seeing content. Does anyone have any experience with

this company that could comment on the quality of their offerings? Also, any

other on-line companies that anyone would recommend? Thanks.
