Hey Jenn!

You were asking about other uses for self-rising flour? I substitute it a lot

in some of my baking (cookies, desserts etc.) for all-purpose flour. You use

the same measure of flour that the recipe calls for but you omit the baking

powder/soda and salt. Your end product will be fluffier (so if you like a

crispy cookie, don't do this). Happy cooking and I hope you have a great day!
