Does anyone have any experience with " swing beds " on the acute unit, if

you have a SNU on site?

If the more acute patients stay in the swing bed, yet they are rehab

candidates.. how does it impact trying to capture a RUG? If they are

more acute, does the frequency of 3 missed days increase? What about

those first few days when they cannot tolerate as much therapy.. what is

the impact on your RUG estimate?
