Guest guest
Does anyone have any experience with " swing beds " on the acute unit, if you have a SNU on site? If the more acute patients stay in the swing bed, yet they are rehab candidates.. how does it impact trying to capture a RUG? If they are more acute, does the frequency of 3 missed days increase? What about those first few days when they cannot tolerate as much therapy.. what is the impact on your RUG estimate? Thanks for any information you can offer.
