Billing software

Morning group!

Have a few question about billing software. We have a private outpatient

practice and we do our own billing. We currently use Allscripts for a practice

management system and are looking to change systems. We are using WebPT, if

anyone is familiar with it, and can utilize that system for all of our needs

except billing.

What we are looking for is a program that can generate billing for professional

and institutional, electronic and paper claims, as well as provide collections

data, Accounts receivable and generate patient statements.

The systems that have been looked at, Medigraph, ADT and a few others are good,

but a lot of the expense is tied to a total system and we really only NEED the

billing part. If anyone can offer some advice, speak to positive or negative

experiences you have had, or what to stay away from I would greatly appreciate

it.

If you would prefer to speak offline I am available.

Thanks

We use Office Ally for our billing, no cost and works fine for our needs. We

are a small practice with one PT and 2 PTA's.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.
