Guest guest
I am interested in knowing what other managers / directors of inatient acute units with inpatient Rehab Units and utilizing electronic documentation systems, are supporting as reasonable daily time allotment (in terms of hours/day/individual) for staff documentation of new evals, progress notes, and DME letters of justification, certs, recerts, etc. Also, which system are you using? As we make plans to further improve productivity, we see reducing documentation time as one of the possible " low hanging fruit " options........
