job description or model of care

I am reviewing the job description for the Medical Director for my facility and

would like to know of other job descriptions or models that are working well in

a community based hospital.

We do not have an Inpatient Rehab Unit, but a robust Acute Care, OP Adult and OP

Pediatric clinical settings.
