Medicare requirements for coverage therapists

Hi everyone,

Due to the new rules Medicare has with coverage therapists for pre-planned

longer term assignments needing to be enrolled in Medicare and needing to

reassign benefits, I was curious to see how that is being handled,

especially with private practices. Used to be that we would just keep a

file of local PRN therapists and agencies, with most of the time we would

use the local PRN therapists but this seems to be something that is tough

logistically to do especially for the PRN therapist going from site to site.

So what is being done to handle this?
