High Fructose Corn Syrup/Mercury/GMO's Etc.

Hi. In one of the posts (bombardment of questions, I think) mentions High

Fructose Corn Syrup. It contains mercury, and it also can contain GMO corn,

which is just bad. I think it was Toni that suggested " organic " if you are

going to do corn, and I couldn't agree more.

Soy is another food gone awry due to GMO's, pesticides, etc. And it seems to be

in EVERYTHING (processed or prepacked)

That being said, soy should be organic, fermented/sprouted to be eaten. It's

difficult and almost impossible to find that.
