It appears that the " bad, evil, all trans " vitamin A in those little

25,000 IU capsules is the best way to increase MT levels,

zinc kinda sorta works, e. g. MT promoter, and

" good, virtuous, natural " 13 cis vitamin A doesn't work very well at

all even when used in twice the amount of the all trans vitamin A.
