Guest guest
For those of you who also manage Speech Language Pathologists, do you have a different salary range (or a differential) for bilingual SLPs? If so, do you test them with some sort of test (to make sure they are not simply " conversational " Spanish, but truly bilingual to work as an SLP). I know Marquette has a Biligual Certification program; I'm not sure of any others that do. We treat a high percentage of Spanish-only speaking clientele, and it is quite a necessity to have bilingual SLPs. Please let me know how you handle this in your areas. Feel free to contact me directly. Thanks! Weiss Director of Rehabilitation Services Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital Chicago, IL
