Guest guest
The way I use the words " fee slip " , " billing ticket " , etc. is the piece of paper that gets turned into the front office or billing company by the therapist or assistant and contains the charges for one particular patient. Some organizations may combine multiple patients onto one billing sheet that contains the charges for each patient. Hope this helps.
