Standardizing spine ROM measurement

Does anyone standardize the form of measurement of cervical and lumbar ROM at

their clinic? I have a large staff of therapists with varied ways of measuring

ROM using goniometry, percentage of normal, min/mod/severe, etc. It would seem

to be wise to standardize across our practice, but I'd like to hear from someone

who has done that, as I'm expecting some resistance to the idea.
