, What I'm referring to in brushing your teeth is to do that when the

urge strikes to eat a snack, this is in addition to regular brushing. The

idea here is that the minty taste from the toothpaste usually nulls the

notion that you need to eat something. It's a really hard habit to get into,

but it could help. Ah, drinking diet soda, I do that too, but no more than 2

cans a day, usually only one. I get plenty of walking in outside the house

but also I do a lot inside since I have to constantly go up and down stairs

here, but also because at least I use my Peddler which is a very low-impact

way of exercising, that I would recommend to someone who's really

deconditioned. I don't have room for a treadmill, but the Peddler serves

some of my exercise needs like on a cold night in front of the TV, when I

can still exercise without having to go outside. You just have to put your

mind to it and you can do it. Uh, time for another Diet Pepsi..er uh, guess

I'll pick up that powered toothbrush...Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..

Dear bill, My trouble is that I not only drink Diet soda, but I usually go for

the fountains drinks and then when it is emtty I would take some cans of

soda and refill and then end up after a while fill it up with other things and I

know I need to cut down on that. Besides walking around sutherlin the only

other exercise I get is when I get in volve with specially special event.

Acorse dearing the meets them selves the coach of our ski team will not

want us to have any soda. Pers that we have either water or I guess you could

call it I'm guessing to much sugar don't recall for sure. Take care,

Sincerely Bower
