Guest guest
Hello, group: When Medicare is a patient's secondary insurance, is anyone aware if this makes a difference in doing the math to calculate the accrued Medicare CAP for the year? I see on the EOB that the allowable does not change if Medicare is primary or secondary but it seems to me with Medicare simply paying the 20% the patient's insurance leaves, the allowable figure is quite high. I'd appreciate if anyone has received a reliable answer from Medicare. Thank you so much. Alliance Physical Therapy Eugene, OR
