Hi everyone,

I have posted on the APTA communities page and I will post the same here: I

have been asked to provide data on costs per setting for outpatient PT and

information about state legislation to require level pay across the

settings.

My understanding from prior discussions is that on average cost per setting

is fairly close but I need to find the data and so far I have not found it

in my archives or online. I am also aware that a few states have passed

legislation to require level pay across settings so I would like to find

which states and contact them .

This has nothing to do with my own opinions, BTW, just an attempt to collect

requested data. The insurer, wisely, is looking at the extra costs of

having individual contracts with multiple clinics and multiple fee schedules

so they are looking at the level pay option and asked for information.

Thanks!
