TRPN is it legitimate or a scam

Can someone tell me if this Three Rivers Provider Network Agreement, a one page

faxed contractual agreement is some kind of scam or hoax. I phoned the contact

number and spoke with two persons in " provider relations " who say that if I sign

this agreement that I will be paid a higher reimbursement. I asked which payers

this involves but only heard UHC and Aetna " and others " . Just did not sit right

with me as I asked a few more questions. The one page document with no cover

sheet, really has my guard up. Has anyone else received this ?

I have zero knowledge of this company but did a google search and added the

word scam after it. Got 2 pages of people, many who had similar fears and

some who received their requests for info frequently.
