Guest guest Posted December 16, 2008 Report Share Posted December 16, 2008 Hi all, my fasting bg number this morning was 116 so that high number must have been from stress. I live in a floating home and we've had bad wether here and the dock and ramp up to the parking lot have been really snowy and icy and I've been sort of stressing out about it. Yesterday I didn't go any place because of the weather. They put deicer down yesterday so hope that will help because I have to go out this afternoon. Oh and I knew it wasn't my hands that were causing the reading because I wash them throughly before testing. I'm a chef and wash my hands according to how the health department requires us to.
