Guest guest
I never had an herbalist, but I have always believed in the healing power of herbs. When I was in my 20s I went out and bought a book called Back To Eden. Some of the treatments they use in the book, are a little out dated, but I just used it because it had every herb imaginable listed in it, explaining what they are used for and how they benefit the body. I still use a lot of the herbs in everyday life. Not as much though. I don't have the money or the access to many of them. But, even your everyday essential cooking herbs contain many benefits. Love and blessings...
