that's why I have a herbalist - I never can remember - easier than waiting for a doctor - I took 3 days for a call back last week when I had a bad bout of asthma - my doc signed out to another one - I will discuss that with him next week

catnip is what you use for babies, 1 teaspoon of catnip to 1 cup of hot water, steep 10-15 minutes, strain, add 1 oz to 3oz of water in a bottle, it relaxes the stomach muscles and even soothes a colicky baby

I never had an herbalist, but I have always believed in the healing power of herbs. When I was in my 20s I went out and bought a book called Back To Eden. Some of the treatments they use in the book, are a little out dated, but I just used it because it had every herb imaginable listed in it, explaining what they are used for and how they benefit the body. I still use a lot of the herbs in everyday life. Not as much though. I don't have the money or the access to many of them. But, even your everyday essential cooking herbs contain many benefits.

Love and blessings...
