Sometimes I get in wordy moods. I thought some might want to know, just in case it helps them understand things. I think people get confused, thinking that autism means something other than behaviors, but it doesn't. There is no "true" autism because there is no agreed upon cause, at least in mainstream. Autism is just a group of certain behaviors and lack of skills. It's confusing to learn all this. It took me a long time to learn it. And I still have to look things up. Are you referring to the one that means they are a " fit-thrower. " I

think this kind of diagnosis will lead people to think that a child is

purposely acting up instead of having a biological turmoil causing their

unpleasant moods. My opinion is that while the gov and and those who

have the titles that lead everyone to think they are in charge are doing

their thing, many of us have decided to seek answers from those who are

actually successful at ridding symptoms, and we have our own way of

doing things. Right now we have an " underground railroad autism

recovery thing " going on. It's so odd. I wish Congress would pass a

law that docs are not allowed to give anyone a diagnosis that means " no

known cause " and that they must actually find causes to symptoms.

The thing that bugs me about the " underground railroad " as you put it is that while mainstream folks shake their heads and call us pitiful for thinking we can recover autism, clinicaltrials.gov has the trials going on now to help prove this stuff to be true. WTH?!
