Guest guest Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 Hi all, I'm going to make navy bean soup in the crock pot and was wondering if I should use tomatoes like I usually do or should I use stock instead and if so what kind? If I use stock would veg stock be better than say chicken? I'm trying to make it as carb friendly as possible. Thanks for any help.
