Does anyone have a tiered Sign-on Bonus plan they would be willing to

share?

We have been asked to develop a tiered Sign-on Bonus, based on how long

the position has been vacant.

This is not something I am familiar with.

I would appreciate any information or examples about how Sign-on Bonus can

be structured.

I would also like to see a tier bonus program for current employees if

anyone has one they would like to share.
