Guest guest Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 We have been looking at our productivity and scheduling for our SLP's. We see adults, not pediatrics at our outpatient clinics. How are you setting up your schedules? Do the SLP's have hour long appts, or 45 mins? How many pt's do you expect them to see in an 8 hour day? How many CPT's do you ask them to bill in a day?
