Hello Pam,

The final rule had no changes to the present system other than the new Federal

Rates for the RUG IV system. However, there will be updates to the RAI Manual

that will be published soon. CMS will address these changes in the upcoming SNF

open door forum. As of this moment we have no idea what these updates will

include.

I will be updating this information through my website as it occurs.
