Hello there,This Is a Great Article in the New York Times about the benefits of exercise for all people including individuals with MS, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal cord injury, etc. etc..http://tinyurl. com/46b3owThe second thing:I spoke to an individual doing research on a physical activity program called Active Regeneration earlier this week, and he was a little disappointed that he has been unable to get significant amounts of input from people with disabilities. I contributed and forwarded the link to you guys not long ago. I told this graduate student -- who uses a wheelchair from a spinal cord injury -- that I would mention his online survey to my friends. Check it out if you like >>http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=p5JgXiwqIjiWvQYVteM0Yg_3d_3dLinz

Thanks, Linz.

Do you mean you sent the list to him? If not, I wonder if he'd be interested? I bet my Mom wouldn't have an issue with him joining and seeking input and I'm sure other listers would be glad to help.

It would be fine with me:) Sharonhttp://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MSersHEALTH/This email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. A Couple of Things :-)
