What state are you in? New Jersey is the only one that I know of that mandates

flu shots.

That's what I was thinking. Isn't NJ the only state that does that? If you don't live in NJ, I would look into their grounds for something like that. Sounds fishy.

Please, I beg you to stand your ground and NOT give this sweet little boy a flu shot.  It is a huge health risk.  The school can not force you to get him one.  You just tell them you opt out of vaccines.  You will have to sign a paper stating this is your choice.  The school might not like it but don't have a legal choice. Schools don't want you to know about the opt out option.

Do NOT get the flu shot. It could cause your son to seriously deteriorate. It is illegal for the school to make you get a flu shot. You have the right to claim a religious exemption and not vaccinate. Change schools if need be. Fight for your child, yourself and your family. Do not let the pediatrician talk you into it.
