Guest guest Posted May 14, 1999 Report Share Posted May 14, 1999 Working for an insurance company ( Kaiser ) you would be surprised how far your voices can go.. don't settle with calling member services.. demand to know names and numbers at coporate offices.... but please don't suggest a paycut.. some of us in the working force have not had an increase in three years! I mean they aren't nice, they don't answer your questions, they give you the run around, and they " lose " things repeatedly! What the hell job could they possibly hold other than the one they're doing? No wonder my, Sue (the customer service Rep I had to deal with) has been with BCBS for twenty years. No one else would hire the idiot! Who's paying who here? Why do they think they can just say " denied " and we won't ask any questions? They've met their match with this group!
