I would like to talk to anyone who has inpatient total joint programs that have

implemented alternate scheduling to accommodate late day total joint surgeries

that are to be seen same day of surgery by PT , requiring the therapist(s) to be

available routinely into the evening hours. How have you structured that and

what issues have you encountered or benefits have you discovered from expanding

this program in the hospital beyond the traditional workday?
