Here are my basic and simple suggestions for getting ICQ ...

1- First one goes to the homepage and downloads the program.. takes a

little while but not too bad ..

2-Then one follows the directions to setup the program ...(close all

applications currently running during a program set up) I just follow

the defaults (recommending wat to set up)

3-Then you have to register as a user and you pick a name and a password

... just your first name will work .. you may want to make up a name

like I did (KC).

4-Start out with the simple basic features and as you use the program

more , go to advanced ..

5- To add users, click on ICQ on the box, click on add/find users, click

on main icq search/ go to search by ICQ number (UIN)

6-The weightloss chatroom number is 38908265

7-Good luck and hope these are enough to get ya started ..
