Guest guest
Hey, one that has worked forme is peppermint tea after a meal or in between. it really makes your mouth taste clean and it is something tohold for a few minutes. Vicki You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying Him, and committing yourself firmly to Him. ~ Deuteronomy 30:20, NLT RE: Starting my new job , I have the same kind of problem with wanting to eat when I shouldn't. Most of the time I force myself instead of eating, to drink a couple of glasses of clear, COLD water from the filtered dispenser on my refrigerator. That's a lot healthier than eating something I shouldn't be. I don't always do it, but I am trying to be better about it. Another good trick to try, which I have found moderately successful, is to simply brush your teeth. The taste of the toothpaste usually takes away my appetite for eating, and in the process also serves to keep my teeth clean. Bill
