Michele,

A couple of things...

1.) I am from NYC!!! Where abouts are you?]

2.) I also have WI tonight, and to be honest every WI I am nervous. As I am sure you know, I have had a tramatic week which also including eating alot fo stuff in a lot of places that are no-nos so I am also very worried about what the scales will say. We can get through this together!

3.) You have a very good attitude, tonight after we both get off the scales, say goodbye to the week and hello to a new one, one where we will be committed and do wonderful.

Thanks so much Tracie, I'm from Staten Island and I work in Manhattan

on 37th Street right by Macy's. I will try to keep the positive

attitude, What you said really made me feel better thanks.

Hope its not so bad tonite. I'll post and let you know.

I think you have a great attitude and that's where it all starts!! Snacking can be a problem - that's why I either chew gum or some crunchy veggies. I also have one or two energy bars everyday and that really helps curb the munchies!! Above all else - JOURNAL... JOURNAL... JOURNAL!!! That is what helps me the most!!
