Guest guest
Hi all, I have reviewed the literature Crystal received and, yes, they really are talking about carb exchanges but one would really have to be nit picking to discover this fact. In a separate piece of literature they refer to *carb servings* and in yet another piece of literature they mention that a carb serving is equal to 15 grams of carbohydrates. Now, to the inexperienced folks who receive this little packet it is, in my opinion, terribly misleading and could cause someone to make some horrid decisions. They also suggest that a meal should be 3 carb servings with (I believe) 3 snacks of 1 carb serving each. Folks, that is a lot of carbs each day. Guest guest
Hi Cy, I agree. This must be some old literature. You should point this out to whoever puts it out.
