Colleagues,

How many of you have created, or are using an established, self assessment tools

to assist with staff skill assessment and staff development programming and

performance management goal setting? If you do, would you be willing to share

that link or resource? I am in the process of creating this concept for our

clinicians (PT, OT and PTA).
