chromium picolinate damages dna and causes mania... i think zinc

picolinate odesn't have the same problems, indeed is very readily

absorbable.

if you take to much vitamin c it becomes an oxidant rather than anti

oxidant.

any other form of chromium is ok i think, maybe gtf or nicotinate...

be careful of algae chelators, they are efficent bio accumulators of

heavy metaas from thier growing enviroment, you would need to be sure

of heavy metal testing in the product.

you just can't take anything for granted....
