Guest guest
Group, I work in a rural hospital offering IP/OP/HH treatment, also associtated with local school district for Sports Medicine care. We are facing a major threat from a regional system 30 minutes south of us that are making plans to open a therapy clinic in our town and another town about 20 minutes away. The other facility has already placed an AT with the other high school and had aims to do the same with our school district, but have been turned down due to our 10 year history helping the school district. We also have the support of another regional system 45 minutes north of us that we like to keep the other organization out of our area. The threatening organization ultimatley wants to funnel our patient down into their system never to be seen from again... So my question is this. What would you do to limit the competing organization from having an impact in your community/market area? We have some ideas brewing, but am putting this out here since two (or several hundred in this case) is better thatn one. Thanks for the input!
